Can I customize my display?
Absolutely. Every home is different, and additional wreaths, garland, tree wraps, mailbox décor, greenery, and other custom features can be added to any package.
Do I have to choose one of the packages?
No. Our packages are a great starting point, but we can create a completely custom design based on your home and your budget.
Do I own the lights?
No. The lights and decorations remain the property of Grapids Irrigation. There is no upfront purchase cost and we install, maintain, remove, inspect, and store everything for you, so you enjoy a beautiful display without the hassle.
What types of decorations do you offer?
In addition to roofline lighting, we offer tree wraps, bush wraps, wreaths, garland over doors, garland on fences and columns, garland on poles, and mailbox charms.
What if I want more than what’s included in the package?
No problem. We can customize your display with additional trees, wreaths, garland, shrubs, mailbox décor, or other holiday accents.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. Maintenance is included for issues related to our installation, workmanship, or materials. If something isn’t working properly, give us a call and we’ll be happy to evaluate the issue. Damage caused by factors outside of our control may not be covered.
When are the lights installed?
Our installation season begins in November and continues into early December. We schedule installations based on route efficiency, weather, and availability. We recommend reserving your spot early, as our schedule fills quickly each season.
When are the lights removed?
Take-down begins during the first week of January and continues based on our schedule.
What are the limitations of your Christmas lighting service?
To ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality installations, our standard Christmas lighting service is limited to first-story rooflines and tree wraps up to 30 feet tall. At this time, we do not offer second-story roofline installations.
